REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


1. What You Are Buying

Untitled provides a digital, AI-powered content-generation service. We offer two types of paid products:

  • Subscription plans — recurring access to features and a periodic allowance of credits, billed automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
  • Credit packs — one-time purchases of virtual credits that are consumed when you generate content.

Both are digital products delivered immediately. Credits and subscription benefits are made available to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.


2. Pricing, Currency and Billing

  1. All prices are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase, in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown before you confirm payment.
  2. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  3. For subscriptions, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle at the then-current price, until you cancel.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  1. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access to paid features and any remaining cycle credits until that date. We do not charge you again after cancellation.
  2. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current period. Refund eligibility for the current period is governed by Section 4.

4. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied. Refunds are handled as follows.

4.1 Subscriptions

  • Cooling-off / first charge. If you are charged for a new subscription and request a refund within 7 days of that charge, and you have not materially used the paid benefits (for example, you have consumed only a negligible amount of credits in that cycle), we will refund that charge in full.
  • Renewal charges. Automatic renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because you were able to cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal was charged in error or you were not reasonably able to cancel, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.
  • Used benefits. Once a significant portion of a billing cycle's credits has been consumed, or the cycle is substantially used, that period is non-refundable.

4.2 Credit Packs

  • Unused credits. One-time credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase only if none of the credits in that pack have been used.
  • Partially or fully used credits. Once credits from a pack have been consumed, they are non-refundable, as the corresponding service has already been delivered.

4.3 Always Eligible

Regardless of the windows above, you are entitled to a refund where required by applicable law, or where:

  • you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount;
  • the service was materially unavailable or did not function as described for an extended period due to a fault on our side; or
  • a charge was unauthorized.

4.4 Not Eligible

Refunds are not generally available for:

  • credits or subscription benefits that have already been used;
  • change of mind after the applicable cooling-off window has passed;
  • dissatisfaction with AI-generated output that nonetheless conforms to the service description (AI output is inherently variable); or
  • accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Use.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Include your account email, the approximate date of the charge, the order or transaction reference (if available), and the reason for your request.
  2. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 7 business days.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

  1. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
  2. After we approve and submit a refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  3. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. We are not responsible for any currency-conversion differences or fees applied by your bank.
  4. When a charge is refunded, the corresponding credits or subscription access associated with that charge are removed from your account.

7. Free Trials and Promotions

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Promotional or discounted purchases follow the same rules as standard purchases unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.
